I pick up a biostar mobo, after a clean install of 98se, I look in the system setting and my video card is sharing the same irq as my net work card, went into the bios,tryed changing the irq, but still having the same problem, can someone walk me throught this so i don’t screw it up please, also i did try changing the network card to a different pci slot, same thing,only two pci slot on this mobo.
